Project Summary:
This project involved the conversion of the old farm barn into The Hayes Family Wines Cellar Door sales.
The existing old barn was gutted with only the timber structure remaining. Works included an extension to incorporate bathrooms and a new entryway and the addition of a timber pergola.
The structure was reroofed, and new concrete floors were laid. The fit-out included the tasting bar, windows and doors, fixed joinery and electrical. Other works completed included landscaping and a car park.
